How your campsite gets on the map
You're probably on it already. Vacamp shows every campsite and caravan site mapped in OpenStreetMap. If something about yours is wrong or missing — the website, the email address, the name — the fastest fix is to correct it on OpenStreetMap; everyone who uses the map benefits. Or just email us and we'll help.
How live availability appears
If your website uses a booking system that Vacamp can read, your pin shows live prices and availability for the traveller's dates, straight from that system. You don't need to do anything — no plugin, no feed, no account.
If we can't read your booking system yet, tell us which one you use. We decide what to learn next by how many campsites use a system, and every request counts.
If you take bookings by email
Then Vacamp helps travellers write to you properly: a ready-made enquiry with their dates and party size, in your language, with an English copy underneath. Fewer back-and-forth emails, clearer requests.
